About these terms
These Terms of Service govern the use of passage1502.com (the “Site”) and purchases from PASSAGE Nº 1502 (“Passage,” “we,” or “us”), a trade name operated by Elisabeth White, a California sole proprietor, at 1608 T Street, Sacramento, CA 95811, United States. By using the Site or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms and the linked policies. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
Eligibility and acceptable use
You must be legally capable of entering into a purchase contract or have permission from a parent or legal guardian. You agree not to use the Site for unlawful activities, interfere with Site security, misuse content, or submit inaccurate account or payment details.
Products, images, and availability
We strive to describe our products accurately. Screen displays may affect perceived colors, and some print-on-demand items have normal manufacturing variations. Measurements and product specifications should be reviewed before ordering. Listings, availability, and prices may change without notice, but changes will not alter an order already accepted unless permitted by law and agreed with you.
Ordering and payment
Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase. An automated order confirmation acknowledges receipt; we may still decline or cancel an order because of suspected fraud, a material listing error, unavailable inventory, or inability to fulfill. If payment was collected for a canceled order, we will provide an appropriate refund. Prices are shown in U.S. dollars. Taxes and shipping are calculated at checkout where applicable. Payments are processed through Shopify and authorized payment service providers.
Shipping, returns, and refunds
We currently ship only to eligible U.S. addresses. Many products are made to order. Our Shipping & Delivery and Returns & Refunds policies are incorporated into these Terms. Any shipping promises, cancellations, delays, or refunds are subject to applicable consumer protection law.
Editorial content and intellectual property
The Site may contain articles, book commentary, recommendations, and other editorial material for general information and inspiration. We do not guarantee that editorial material is complete or current. Site branding, original text, graphics, and other protected material may not be reproduced for commercial use without permission. Third-party marks remain the property of their respective owners.
The Passage Society
The Passage Society is currently a free email-based community and newsletter. Joining does not create a paid subscription or guarantee future benefits. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in an email or by contacting us.
Third-party services and external links
The Site uses third-party services, including Shopify, fulfillment providers, payment processors, and shipping carriers. External links are provided for convenience. Third-party websites are governed by their own terms and privacy notices.
Disclaimer and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Site content is provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability. We are not responsible for interruptions outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms limits rights or liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including legally required remedies for faulty or undelivered goods.
Changes and governing law
We may revise these Terms prospectively by posting an updated version and date. The laws of California apply to the extent permitted by applicable law, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections that apply to them. For concerns, contact support@passage1502.com.
Earlier Aesthetic Travel purchases. Orders placed under Aesthetic Travel before this rebrand retain the order terms and policies applicable when the purchase was made, subject to applicable law.
