Shipping policy

Where we ship

PASSAGE Nº 1502 currently accepts orders for delivery to eligible United States addresses only. We do not offer international shipping at this time. Availability for specific states, territories, military addresses, or P.O. boxes depends on the selected item and the carriers available at checkout. If a destination cannot be served, checkout will indicate that no shipping method is available.

Production and delivery

Many products are made to order by independent production partners. Production starts after your order is accepted and can take additional time before the item enters the carrier network. Production and transit are separate stages; any carrier transit estimate shown at checkout may not include production time.

We aim to ship orders promptly and provide reasonable delivery estimates based on current production capacity and carrier information. Estimates are not delivery guarantees. If we anticipate that an order cannot ship within the advertised timeframe, or within 30 days when no shipment timeframe is stated, we will provide the delay and cancellation options required by applicable law.

Rates and tracking

Available shipping methods and charges are calculated during checkout using your order and delivery address. Review the total before placing an order. Applicable taxes are shown at checkout. Once the order ships, we will send shipment confirmation and tracking information when available.

Split shipments and address accuracy

Orders containing multiple products may ship in separate packages from different production facilities. Please confirm your address carefully. Contact us promptly if you discover an error; changes may not be possible after an item enters production. If a shipment is returned or undeliverable because of an address error, contact us to discuss available options and any additional charges.

Delays and lost shipments

Carrier disruptions, peak-season volume, severe weather, and other circumstances can affect delivery. If an order appears lost or materially delayed, email support@passage1502.com with your order number. We will investigate and provide an appropriate remedy consistent with applicable law.
